Delete your Inner Weather account
Inner Weather is a nightly check-in app by WeThrive. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Inner Weather and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete everything.
This works the same on iPhone and Android, and takes effect immediately.
Without the app
Email support@wethrivetech.com from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in email
- All check-ins: mood and craving scores, transcripts, follow-up answers and summaries
- All right-now check-ins: cravings and hard moments you logged as they happened
- All voice memos, practice notes and right-now notes
- Practice sessions and weekly and monthly reports
- Your setup: answers, personalized prompt, coping strategies, reminder schedule, the people you chose for rough days, and your early-warning plan
Nothing is kept. Encrypted backups held by our hosting provider are overwritten as part of their normal rotation, after which no copy remains. To keep a copy of your check-ins, export a CSV from History before you delete your account.
